Bad stuff. staff was nice, walked in with no appointment , ughhhh what a wait!! I know that walking in with out an appointment is a no-no, but i had never had to wait this long, plus the lobby wasn't even full. Every time someone new with no appointment walked in, it seemed like it was a priority to let them know that the wait time was more that 2h! Staff was complaining about low staff, but it seems like this is in ever quest location. Wont be going to this location anymore. I cant blame the staff, but they aren't making it any better. Next time make an appointment.
