My brother moved to Las Vegas nine months before passing away, so as we came from out of state to make arrangements, we were apprehensive and unsure of what type of service we would receive not being local. Thankfully the staff at Hites were not only incredibly trustworthy but also went above and beyond in helping us coordinate the transfer to a funeral home in Colorado where my brother was buried. My brother was able to make some of the arrangements ahead of time with the staff and they were terrific in accommodating his special touches and requests. it made it easier for us as it took some of the hard decisions away and we know all was done according to his wishes. I can't thank them enough for exceeding our expectations and making such a hard time in our family a little easier with their care and concern.
