Peter and Jenn are awesome! They work us out hard to push harder than we would alone, but safety is first and foremost their concern. Both of them care about their clients and want what is best for us - and that is to be healthy and happy.
Workouts last for 45 minutes and fly by as we are busy the entire time. They can also help with nutrition counseling and their plans to help you succeed are completely doable.
