Horrible experience placing order with Amerisleep. They missed my delivery by more than 5 days. When I called to inquire about the mattress delivery, one day after the expected delivery date, the agent nonchalantly said it will take 5 more days just to ship the mattress, which could mean 10 more business days to get the mattress.
While placing the order couple of weeks ago, I had made it ample clear that I am moving into new house without any furniture. I had read online reviews about Amerisleep's bad reputation with regards to delivery issues and selling agent had guaranteed on time delivery. Unfortunately, I took his word.
After sleeping for one night on floor, one night in hotel, I got sick of the situation. Cancelled my order with Amerisleep, and went to Mattress store next to my house and got one delivered the same day.
This is one of the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any business, and would warn any future buyers.
Pathetic!
