I actually like this airport. It's my home airport so I spend a lot of time here. They just re-did the restaurants in Terminal 4 by the A gates and put in some great local restaurants: Blanco Tacos, Olive & Ivy... And a burger place, I think. Pick up is easy b/c they have cell phone lots to wait in & the airport is well marked. You can tell your ride to pick you up on the North/South side & at what door number - easy to spot as a driver.
The reason I gave 4 stars is b/c getting your baggage takes too long! I travel a lot & it's the worst. Additionally, ground control needs to get it together b/c we always have to sit on the Tarmac longer than necessary. Otherwise, great airport, BETTER city!!!
