Have been going to Rainbow Medical Center for a year now. Front desk staff are always nice. I've never had a bad issue with reception yet once or twice they seemed a little distant. Could be because they take on MANY Pima Medical School externship students and things can get a little hectic. My wait times have never been longer then about 10 mins, if that.
Their MA staff are phenomenal. Quick, open, and understanding.
Currently see Dr. Bui Son as my PCP. From day one he has always been straight forward and to the point. From the time the MA does their underlining check and walks out to the time Dr. Bui walks in is always less than 3 mins. And we all know this is important because many doctors offices will having you waiting in your room for upwards of 30 mins. My visits never seem long. He's a doctor that knows what patients need and want. I've never left feeling disappointed, rushed, or unheard.
He's such and awesome doctor that I've referred 8 people (insurance and cash pay) to him. Including my cash pay hubby.
