I highly recommend this gym. My wife and I have been working with Quan and Patrick for 5 years. Quan has always treated us with respect and kindness. Patrick has been an awesome trainer who has really helped me change my life. There are many classes like circuit training, zumba, MMA and more. Quan is always trying to add more to keep things fresh. I am a "fat" guy and can sometimes feel intimidated going to gyms like LA and Mountainside. I don't feel that way here. Everyone is very supportive and there are no judgements. When I come to the gym, I feel like I am with family. And that is the best feeling to have.
