To make a long story short I hate how my hair came out. I walked in and wasn't greeted at first, the receptionist at the salon was rude. I waited 20 mins before my "hair stylist" seated me. I explained to her that I wanted platinum hair, I had highlights and some pieces that were already platinum, she went on to tell me that she wasn't going to use aluminum foil on my hair because she didn't wanna cause breakage to my hair. The hair stylist then went on to bleach my roots. She kept telling me that my hair was looking great and I had nothing to worry about. She washed my hair more than 5 times I counted. Mind you I'm a male and have short hair so I didn't understand why it was such a long process nor why she had to wash my hair more than 5 times. She later on told me that she was going to use "Purple" toner on my hair. So she goes to tone my hair, and I didn't see this purple toner she went on about. So she leaves the toner on my hair for 30 mins as she proceeded to fix her makeup in the salon chair mirror. When came to check up on me, she didn't really touch my hair. She took me to wash my hair again and finally she went to style my hair and I was not happy. All she did was basically bleach my roots didn't change the over hair color like I had asked and charged me $180 dollars!!! I'm a male with short hair that's ridiculous. I won't be returning and I suggest you don't go to this ulta to get your hair done. MARISSA you didn't do me any justice, quite honestly I'm upset and disappointed. A waste of money!!!!
