When I first started treatment with Barrows, they made me feel like they cared and wanted to help me. Well-that was 13yrs ago! Now after going through 5 or 6 doctors, they don't do exams on me anymore like they used too, they don't schedule MRIs or bloodwork like they say I'm supposed to have, and they can't keep up with my auth needed every 6months for my IVs. I give them a 6wk heads up and still end up getting my auth and next treatment 2-3wks LATE! I'M FRUSTRATED right now! Olga is the ONLY one I can talk to here! She is an angel but can't do everything on her own! It saddens me the way it is today! I don't know what to do next??
