I have only lived in my rental home for about a month now. Everything I've needed fixed has been fixed. The owner (not B&G) of the property owns many in Charlotte. I'm the first renter in this property so I'm not surprised things have had to be fixed since moving in. So far, B&G has been very responsive to all of my requests. The other thing that was refreshing was no runaround about the approval/application process. We found the house, put in an app and knew within hours if our application was accepted. We weren't waiting weeks to figure out what was going on only to find out someone else was also applying. I'm not discounting what others have posted here about their experience with B&G but I have not had that experience so far. Should that change, I'll be sure to post an update to my review. As of right now, I recommend taking a chance on B&G if you find a rental you really like through them.
