Have not stayed there yet. Cannot make a reservation. I won a free 1 night stay from a charity raffle. To reserve the room you must talk to the manager. I have left her 4 voicemails over a 4 week period imploring her to call me back so I could schedule the room. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable "customer service."
