I usually order online items and have them shipped to this store, because it's the closest to my house. The customer service is non-existant in the customer service department. There has never been anyone at the desk. We see employees walking around in the back and see people walking past us but no one ever asks if we need anything. After waiting an annoying amount of time we have to yell into the back asking if anyone is working and have them page someone for us. The person that shows up is never happy to be there. I'm going to try surprise location next time.
