Justin was great! He came over for a same day appointment since my fridge was not cooling correctly. He arrived on time and worked to assess the problem. He clearly stated my options and then after I asked him his opinion, he told me what he would do and I opted for a new fridge. He could have taken hundreds from me to fix the issue with my fridge but he told me that the fridge I had was troublesome and would most likely require a lot of extra repairs. I appreciated his honest opinion!
