Wish I could give them no stars. We bought a sofa and love seat at Christmas. We had the sofa delivered THREE times, each time, with the same damage to the arm. We had the love seat delivered with a non-functioning power brick so that it couldn't recline (which sucks for a reclining loveseat). We spent HOURS upon hours of time calling them - you either get cut off, get put on permanent hold, listen to obnoxious electronic music that drives you insane, but you rarely get to someone. And when you do, they lie. We finally gave up after three months, which is their end game - they break you down until you just give in. Don't fall for the low prices, you pay for it in blood, sweat, and tears (lots of tears). Do yourself a big favor - pay a little more and get what you pay for.
