Terrible. Ordered a cab to get to the airport. We were told 10 minutes. 15 minutes later I called to get an update, two blocks away they said. Another 5 minute passes, nothing, call back. Oh oops "something" happened they had to dispatch another cab. I ended up cancelling all together. This is exactly why other cities welcome uber!
