Does a really solid job of cleaning my vehicle and the free vacuums are great too. I only have two complaints:
1. I pay for the monthly fast pass and they recently increased the automatic charge to my card by $7 without informing me beforehand. I'll call this poor customer service and not make assumptions about their business ethics. I'm having doubts as to whether the new price is worth it.
2. I've noticed that the water levels of the final rinse can sometimes be less than what's needed to fully rinse the car, leaving suds in the hard-to-dry areas that eventually streak on the car.
Overall, it's a pretty good car wash, but the price change mentioned above really bugs me.
