it its unbelievable how parking is this place. They are taking residents parking spaces, which by the way is soo limited that you have to fight or just be lucky to have one, to add parking for visitors, which visitors take advantage by not moving like they are supposed to. And apparently Aura staff monitor those parking, WHICH IS A FREAKING LIE, because I have proof that a couple of cars havent been moved for more than 24 hours from the same spot. And all of this is because my familys car got towed since they dont have a permit (obviously) and the parking visitors are taken with cars that dont move like they supposed to. So I decided to park at the end of the lot so resients can have parking spaces. And next thing you know, it got towed, just because nobody followed the policies, FROM AURA AND VISITORS. So if you guys have guest that want to come over to vist, either make sure you have extra cash for towing or just a lucky day and find a parking on the visitor site.
