The Noodle Shop was good.
I know most Asian places in Las Vegas, on the strip in the hotels (not including Panda Express types) tend to be expensive, in the realm of 2x - 3x the price you'd find at Chinatown, with maybe some Asian naysayers touting the possible whitewashing and lack of authenticity of some Chinese restaurants.
Let me tell you 'tho... I've tried most of the overpriced Chinese restaurants in the high end hotels, and I've never had a bad meal. Sure, there is a bit of sticker shock when you see the menu and get the bill, but the food is indeed delicious and good most of the time.
So, with that I do give 'em the * * * A-OK rating, which I would say I'd come back again and also would refer others to try.
