I had company coming in town for Memorial Day weekend, and finally broke down and hired cleaners to be sure things were in order. I had to travel the day they came, but when I returned home at 10pm I was shocked at what I saw. I specifically asked for a spring/deep cleaning. I was asked directly if I would like to have the refrigerator cleaned also, to which I said yes. I sent an email, with the pictures showing the results, the very next morning. The manager called, said she was sorry, and that I'd get a call once the owner returned on Tuesday.
Today is Sunday. There's been no call, and I just saw that they have proceeded with the charges, at $92 an hour. My pictures are posted in the photos. My advice, get referrals of local/private cleaners in your neighborhood. This was such a disappointment and waste of money, I still had to clean before my company arrived.
