My husband and I were super excited about this restaurant opening up. We lived in Austin and ate there all the time. Although the food at this location is good, the chuy changa being my personal favorite with the creamy jalapeño sauce, the service is still lacking. I don't believe I've ever been there no matter where I get sat, and have been given silverware and napkins without asking for them. A place that has a free nacho bar, which I love, those are some damn good chips, does not think it's important to give you a napkin and silverware! And when you do ask for it, they seem surprised. I've held off complaining about this to let the newness wear off but it's been open 8 months now, and it's still happening. Just ate there tonight.
