Disappointed in their service. It's a first come, first serve but apparently accept appts. They make you put your name on the list. Expect long waits, so getting there early is a must. The regular cutters are good, however, the new ones are inconsistent and botched my hair last time. So I came in early and expected to get my hair cut by the "regular" guys. 90 minutes later waiting while two guys walked in (not signed in) and got their haircut almost immediately (unknown to the walkins which was very frustrating). Just wasted time at this place and they lost my service. If I waited to get my haircut I would have been there at least 2 hours before they would have touched my hair. If it weren't for the regulars the place would get one star!
Recommendation: add appts to your name list so walkins are aware of unexpected delays. Unfortunately, this place loses my business with the long unexpected wait times and new hair cutters being inconsistent.
