The store itself is ok, employees are great. Shout out to Vinnie! But the manager, Lou needs shown the door. His customer service is horrible. No idea how he got into a manager position. Being hospitalized for 10 days I tried to return a phone I had bought with cash outright still within the 14 days they allow. The employee was all most done with my transaction and that's when Lou comes over and says, " Can't return it" This phone was defective, I was willing to eat the 50 restocking fee but was told because I had returned a phone previous to this one the 14 days started back when I purchased the first phone. Sorry I had rabies and was in the hospital. What a crock of shit. I'll never be back.
