NO STARS! It will not let me post without a star rating.....SO 1.... took my kids for a Friday evening treat. Halloween is more than a month away...2 blizzards with lids, the 3rd no lid over flowing and melting. The 1st 2 were handed upside down (remember with lids) to show how thick. Well they didn't with the 3rd, too bad because it would have failed the test! Dripped down the side of my car, splattered my front passenger seat and proceeded to pour over as it melted all over my granddaughter and my back seat. No napkins were given.
All I could do was get home as quickly as possible. After cleaning us and the car I called the Manager, Alexis she said "im sorry, I have goofy 16 and 17 year old son working here. Would you like me to replace the blizzards?" No, I want to talk to the owner and by the way...I strongly suggest you not find it funny that you have staff that is irresponsible with total disregard for your customers' property and clothing. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!
