Having just moved to Scottsdale as a year round resident, I have to rely on references from trusted sources. While I do like Dr Duhon, whom I just had arthroscopic knee surgery, I really don't like the organization of TOCA. Yes, they have many services to remind you of appts and several computer purchased forms to fill out, but for a patient to contact a specific office or God forbid, the actual Dr - GOOD LUCK. Every section of their website for the patient is, and has been, "Under Construction". I have dealt with other large Ortho Clinics before in other cities, but TOCA has to be the most Patient Unfriendly group I have ever had to deal with. I like Dr Duhon, but I HATE dealing with the company "TOCA"
