We were on our way back to SoCal from Vegas when the A/C in the car stopped working. Being a Sunday and already a way down the freeway on a hot desert afternoon, not a lot of choices and we had to come back to Vegas to get some help. Called up the store and got confirmation they were open and would be able to check it out for us. Mark was very helpful -- the A/C was being intermittent and he was able to quickly narrow it down to a fan not working with a couple of possible causes. He told us that if we wanted to wait until tomorrow, he could order parts and work out the repair. More importantly, gave us the information we needed to be able to get home tonight and make the repair back home. Would definitely come back with another issue if anything ever happened in Vegas again.
