Went for the first time yesterday and was first greeted with smiles and enthusiasm, made my appointment for a removal and new set and left. Came back at 5, the girl took me back only to kind of have attitude and tell me that a removal and new set wasn't something they recommend and she'll take them off and I can come back, anyone who has lashes... Ummm no. So she says ok but the remover will make the lash glue not stick, I've had lashes for a year, not true. So she took them off and then tells me there's to much glue and to go home and come back in a day or so, or we can put on a half ass set, because now she only had an hour or so. I was so mad at this point that she went through the process and then had the worst attitude I said fine and got up. She walked me out and told Nikki I'd be back in a few days, she left and I lightly lost it. I was very unhappy and upset. Nikki was so very helpful and understanding not to mention professional! There were two girls up front and she sent them back while I was talking which as a business owner I noticed right away. I thought she was a manager. She went and pulled Jessica out of an appointment to observe my short but no glue lashes and she said they were fine, so we booked me an hour later with Jessica. So 4 hours later I walked out with a full set and the best experience! Jessica was just as amazing as Nikki and very nice. She did a great job! Thank you for staying late to make sure I wasn't lash less! Obviously I'll be back since I signed up for a membership but only with Jessica!
