When we arrived the attendant was approx 20 minutes late. I could not believe in the middle of the appointment, the attendant actually took a personal phone call. As if to suggest, the family is just not that important. Facilities appear need and clean. Very nice people and would give an A rating on niceness however on professionalism I would give a strong D (improvement needed definitely)
