Why should any self-respecting downtown gal have a Costco membership? Reason #1: I'm a small business owner, and Costco offers the BEST deal on credit card point-of-sale terminals. The offer is through Elavon and the service has been outstanding. Reason #2: Costco is one-stop shopping for my business supplies. Reason #3: We entertain a lot. I can buy good/great quality food at reasonable prices, which enables me to serve my guests fab eats. They also have the cheapest propane and gas. Reason #4: Costco has deals on lots of services; from painting to custom kitchens. They also have furniture, flooring, and some appliances. My rule of thumb; check Costco first, you never know! Reason #5: They take EVERYTHING back... So easy to return stuff. Reason #6: They have the BEST Amex card... 1% back on all purchases & 3% back on all restaurants! You get a voucher at the end of the year...mine was $50! :)
