I Bought my parrot there a couple years ago and had a mixed to negative overall experience. The staff was mixed in their knowledge, one younger gentleman just shrugged his shoulders and walked away when I asked him the sex and age of a parrot, the younger woman was very helpful though and seemed to care. The owners did not seem to care much, most likely because I was looking at a medium sized 700 bird not a several thousand dollar macaw. They did try to talk me into an umbrella too which would not of been appropriate for someone with only moderate hook billed experience. The store was very dirty and they were not actively cleaning up. I am giving three stars though because the birds did seam healthy (and the one I bought still is) and the one girl seemed to care about service and the birds.
