Horrible horrible experience in so many ways. Starts off great, no haggle etc. Went in to buy a used truck which we couldn't drive right away since it was completely out of gas. Was promised a full tank or reimbursement. Next day we went to finish everything only to be told that the warranties that came with the truck was false, we needed to buy the extended warranty (4K more) and we would not be reimbursed for the gas nor them fill the tank. When we requested to have the warranties removed finance manager became aggressive and angry and told us the sales rep lied and we would get nothing. I've bought many many vehicles and by far the worst experience ever. You have many options when car shopping. Please don't make it this place, you will regret it.
P.S. they manipulate your application information to inflate or deflate income and expenses to have better odds of approval. Should've known then that there would be more lies and deceit. Check all your information for accuracy since they can clearly sleep at night knowing they have screwed someone. But hey, they have bigger wallets now!
