They're so irresponsible and don't put you as their first priority. We started our case with someone named Rosewell now (literally almost a year later) someone else has our case and it hasn't even been closed. Our case we simple... car accident in which the person that hit us took full responsibility. Every time we call to follow up on our case, the person responsible for it is never available. The girls at the front desk and rude too. And well.... the case is still open, haven't heard from them & it's been a year since it happened..... don't waste your time or money!
