It is truly unfortunate when a excellent company begins to fail in the quality of service, especially when one has been a client since 2008. Out of the last three services I have received, 2 would be considered poor to mediocre... especially the latest one as the tech was somewhat argumentative and also damage the expensive paint work in the kitchen. Touch-up are to be done as he had no notion how to position his ladder thus damaging/scrapping the paint on the wall. It was notice after he left. Also to be noted was the lack of follow-up either by the technician or the main office regarding information on the next contract. I have decided to use a different company in the future. What ever happen to quality assurance and follow-up but especially quality service. I rare complain but this time, it really hit the roof!
