This is a very overpriced spa. Think at/beyond Massage Envy prices but for a chair massage.
The single star is not as much for the price as it is for the awful "massage".
The majority of the massage is them grabbing and squeezing large areas of flesh+, rubbing large areas of the body too hard and then pounding on them painfully.
Any of these could be considered techniques, if they weren't random areas of flesh, muscle and bone.
None of the movements seemed to acknowledge an understanding of the body and where muscles are.
My collarbone does need to be pushed on, my knee banged or my shoulder squeezed (bone not muscle).
