Office Max is an acceptable store for office supplies if you don't need any help, especially if you belong to an organization that gets you a discount. Otherwise shop somewhere else. I recently went here to buy some furniture for my new office. I was ignored the whole time I was perusing the furniture area - probably 20 minutes and there was almost no other customers in the store. I placed the order for a desk and chair and paid extra to have both pieces delivered and the desk assembled. They were completely misleading about how this process worked. My desk was delivered on 1/8/2015 but the assembly team wouldn't be out to put it together until 1/16/2015! I ended up putting my desk together myself and getting a refund. I was disappointed also to see that my desk top had a dent and crack in it - not bad enough to make them replace it, but bad enough that I'll never buy furniture from these guys again. I wrote a post about the whole experience if you want to read it: http://bit.ly/1xgjPju.
