I would have given them zero stars but yelp will not allow me to go below 1 star. These people are so crooked that they would sell their own soul to make a buck. I was a store owner with Westwood financial as the property manager and landlord. Hidden inside their lease contract they have as standard issue, a clause that basically states if you sell your business, you need to pay them 10% of the selling price no matter if you made money or lost money on the sale. I know that this sounds far fetched and a lie but it is absolutely true. In fact, when I was forced to sell my business a couple of years ago, they basically prevented me from selling the business unless i paid them 10% of my selling price. I basically had to come up with a huge five figure amount to be able to have the "privilege" to sell my business. I talked to a few lawyers that basically stated that the lease was draconian but absolutely legal. Well, Mona Sullivan, the property manager could care less about my financial issue and basically said if you want to sell your business, then you need to give us 10% of your sales price or we will not allow the lease transfer to go through.
PLEASE, avoid them like the plague, if you are a business owner and you see their property management sign on any commercial property you are thinking of renting because their leases are full of mines.
