An overall terrible experience. They asked me to come 15 minutes early to fill out the intake form. I showed up, fill me for out, and waited. While I sat there, I listened to the front desk ladies make fun of the other employees that were not present. I wasn't called back until 15 minutes after my appt time. So that was the first 30 minutes. We reviewed my intake form and I stressed the 3 areas that really needed work and that I really preferred deep pressure. I got onto the table and she didn't come back for a good 10+ minutes. I'd say 50% of the massage was her adjusting the sheets and lightly rubbing a warm stone over the surface of my skin. Then she rubbed one spot on my back, my ankle bone, and a spot on my neck for the other 50%...no, those were not the 3 areas I had requested. Literally, rubbed those spots until I had to ask her to stop. I asked her twice for more pressure but there was no change. I think she was just more interested in sitting on the stool and staring off into space, which is why those 3 spots worked (because she could sit). The 90 minute massage was 70 minutes but I couldn't wait to get out of there. It was more irritating than anything. I left more stressed and irritated then when I arrived and I was out $75 (for the 1st timer 90 minute special).
