If lower I would give a negative. No choice my home warranty stuck me with these guys. I have a leak under my sink with the main valve. Service tech took a look and said they likely won't fix it because it has an RO connected. He went outside came back and said I had to pay him $45 before he could give me a diagnosis. Than he said it would be $200 more to fix the leak because they won't cover it under warranty and I would pay him directly. Out the door I sent him.I called choice home warranty they said he told them there are two leaks and one is on the RO which they don't cover. I'm looking right at the leak while on the phone and there's one leak at the valve as I called in the repair for. I told them it was a miss diagnosis they will not repair unless I pay a second plumber to relook at it an than they want to send AM PM back to fix it. I don't want this scammer back on my property. This is bad don't deal with this company. Not honest.
