Don't waste your time. The receptionist, Dorita (or however you spell it), doesn't know the meaning of respect, let alone customer service. Our band stays here every year when we hit Charlotte, but thanks to her, we're staying across the street from here on out. She had such an attitude. So much so, we ended up walking out and waiting until after midnight when another receptionist was there to help us. Not a problem though since the pool was closed (and we found out had been for a few months) and the place smelled of pot the whole weekend. Don't waste your time or money and God Speed if you run into Dorita.
