First time having an MRI tonight and the staff here were great! Criselda was so welcoming when I came in and was friendly throughout. It's nice to walk into a business and have such a friendly face. Jillian completed my MRI and ensured she clearly explained the process so I wouldn't be nervous. Her tone throughout was calming and I appreciated that she provided updates on how long each session was and what noises to expect, including when the table would shake. It helped ease me through the process, which was appreciated. It was quick and convenient to have night appointments. Would definitely recommend this location.
