One of the best things about the Monte Carlo Resort in Las Vegas is that they have Sambalatte! They have awesome varieties of coffee and a number of ways to brew, two that I can remember are the more standard chemix and drip, but there were more! One of the coffees that they had at the time was their Caxambu Natural Pulp--very smooth and full-bodied. It made every taste bud on my tongue satisfied. Paired with the almond crescent, it was even smoother! It costs a bit more than the standard Americano, but the cup is very generous and the flavor is worth the splurge. I had breakfast there three times during our stay in Vegas, twice sharing the almond crescent, but the third time, I told my husband to get his own! (He ended up getting the breakfast sandwich with ham and cheese which was very decadent for a breakfast sandwich!) I was happy not to share, which is a shock because I like to share my food! The baristas are great as well!
