My first experience was good but then I took my wife's car into get fixed do to a minor accident and get 1 rim done it took them almost 2 weeks to fix it and should of only taken maybe a week the longest. After a week Andrew called me said it would be ready in 1-2 more day. Then I get a call from his wife that it wouldn't be ready for few more days because of the sema show first of all if you can't do what you say and promise them don't take the job period very unprofessional then they spray 2 rims instead one 1 that I told Andrew about by this time it was 2 weeks then I finally get my car back and there's was WHITE OVER SPRAY ON WINDOWS AND RIMS AND BLACK TRIM my car is a 2016 BMW 5 series Diesel!!!! This was on a Friday night there closed for the weekend and his wife called me previous to tell me that I should turn rent a car in so we did!!! I showed up there around 530 -6 ish and Andrew wouldn't come to the front to talk to me I actually felt bad for his wife BC she was pregnant and dealing with this mess what a PUNK I kept asking for him she would go in the back of the shop and kept coming back with some BS he was telling her instead of talking to me like a man and owning up to messing this shit up!!! MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE THEY ARE RIDICULOUS TO DEAL WITH AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I hope Andrew reads this he knows how to get ahold of me and still refuses to contact me What a B&@!?!!!! I went there on a good referral from the guys at BMW Henderson!!!!
