There's a 20 cent per gallon penalty if you use a credit card?! Is that even legal?
I went up the street to withdraw cash from Walmart. It was worth it because it's the cheapest gas in the area other than Costco. There weren't any people hanging out and the parking lot was nice and clean. I don't like that big discrepancy in price so since I'm not a local I don't know if I'll be back. 20 cents is crazy!
