This hotel is not comparable to others in the area. We could have dealt with the fact that it's not updated and has a little bit of a motel feel but the absolute worst thing about this place is the employees. Zero customer service skill. We had large cranes driving in the parking lot making that beeping noise that truck make when they back up. We reported this to the front desk and the lady was so rude, she told us that there was a construction crew staying at the hotel for a couple months and if we didn't like it we could check out. It was 1030 at night! We asked if they had quiet hours Ana she said no! We also had horrible internet service the entire time and we got the same response from the ladies at the front desk. "If you don't like it you can check out" or "what do you want me to do about it?" Also... Bugs.
