The DR is great! Very sweet and helpful. He took the time to ask questions and really understand my needs. The sales staff in the front however was awful! So pushy. She tried to force me into buying things I didnt want or need. I thought I was at a car dealership. I walked out of there spending almost $200.00 and I didnt even purchase frames! I was shocked with all the add on fees and the processing fees and everything else. Too bad the front staff is so pushy, I really did like the DR, but I will never return.
