We just had the crepe with the Carne asada and the elvis. Wow hands down the best savory and sweet crepes I have had in Las Vegas. The meat was well marinated and tasted like authentic tex Mex I have had in South Texas!!! Made me miss McAllen! The coffee was awesome and tasted fresh. The soup I got with the Carne asada crepe was very flavorful as well. Also these guys actually are not afraid of making their asada with a nice kick for some hello in your mouth at breakfast time. The service here was perfect, with the head chef adding a perfect amount of playful banter and information on their dishes. I WILL BE A Regular here. Side note I got here early so no wait on a Sunday but by the time we was done their wasn't a seat in the house!
