Crazy cool concept. I ordered the chocolate snowflake.
They pour milk into this machine and it instantly turns it into little frozen pieces that look like bits of shaved coconut, but has the consistency of a thick, milky version of shaved ice. It is piled into a bowl and covered with different toppings of your choice. I chose sugar smacks, chocolate coco pebbles, caramel and almonds. My daughter nailed it when she said "It's basically like eating a backwards bowl of cereal". It was really flavorful, sweet, crunchy and cold. It was a sweet treat that didn't leave me feeling icky.
A note on the door today said they are closing on 4/16 to begin remodeling. Not sure how long they will be closed.
