This place is full of issues. Im also a gold card member and hit lots of starbucks often. This place has NO customer service, no oven for items needed to be heated and half the time has issues with making hot drinks. Word to the wise.... tell people about issues before they wait in a long line. And dont carry items you need a oven for. AS I AM WRITING THIS THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER. AMAZING!!!!!
