I took my dog snoopy (Yorkie) yesterday to get a diamond hair cut & even though I read bad reviews about this place I still bought a groupon & took the chance of taking him here!
My dogs hair cut took 6 HOURS when they told my husband that it would take 2-4hrs I dropped him off at 1pm & I called around 5pm to see what was going on. When I dropped him off I asked for little things I DID NOT want cut like his hair on his penis, & his ears to be rounded not pointy, the hair not to be too short! Well when I picked him up I was shocked to see him!!! His hair was all choppy, completely buzzed & a bald spot on his butt!!!! It gets WORSE I got home & saw him in good light they cut all his hair on his penis & cut the tip of it off it was super red with dry blood on the tip! I wouldn't of cared if they trimmed it but that wasn't the case! They also left some of his nails chopped in half & one was super short you could tell they put power on it to stop the bleeding! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! I was going to go back & rise hell with the owner or manager but I figured this would help people determine how bad this place is!
