We took a brand new Hyundai Sonata for lease 5 years ago. We also purchased a "Tires for life" package for additional $750. We serviced the car only at Hyundai Gallery and did everything that service adviser recommended but when it was time to replace the tires for some weird reason we did not qualify. Had a lot of small, unresolved issues with the car. The biggest excuse they gave us was that it is not the manufacturers defect and they are not obligated to fix the problem even though the car is under warranty. Now at the end of our lease we are trying to get any information out of Hyundai and it is almost like pooling teeth. I would never deal with them again. They only nice to you before you sign the paperwork and after that good luck getting anything from those guys.
