First off they called me to set up the appointment, when it was getting close to appointment date they called my emergency number to remind of appointment Never calling me! When I arrive I filled out all paperwork, was called back in timely manner. First was mammogram lady not very friendly or nice, next bone density guy was kinda rude.
Then the results letter is sent to my emergency contact address nothing sent to me.
Why do you have patients fill out paperwork if your not going to use the information they give you? And don't bother trying to call to talk to a supervisor, I think they send call to janitor's closet!
Update, Don't let the fact that Monica responded to the review affect your feelings on this company, because they haven't reached out to me nor do I expect them to! I'm thinking that is either a bot or common response set for the reviews
